One of my life challenges is I was born with a persistent type of anemia that reduces energy and increases susceptibility to infections. Several years ago, while vacationing in Telluride Colorado, I developed a systemic staff infection after scratching an insect bite while sitting in a hot tub that was improperly sanitized.
