Taurox is specially prepared COBAT (carbobenzoxy-beta-alanyl Taurine). It is similar to vitamins and naturally occurring sulfur compounds in mammals. DOSE ADJUSTMENT: Some people report a cleansing or Herxheimer reaction associated with various reversible, and generally mild, symptoms such as headaches, joint aches and unusual feelings in the chest. (This can happen with a variety of products, it is a classic sign a homeopathy product is active for a person.) If you notice this, you can continue and the symptoms are expected to subside. However many people prefer to reduce the dose temporarily. Depending on the product, this may be one spray, one microsphere, or just a few drops.
